700型地坪研磨抛光机常常用作机械式研磨、抛光及打蜡等。其工作原理是：电动机带

动安装在研磨抛光机上的盘高速旋转，由于抛光盘上安装的磨头磨片和抛光剂共同作用

并与待抛表面进行摩擦，进而可达到混凝土地坪水泥地面打磨抛光，去除漆面污染、氧

化层、浅痕的目的。抛光盘的转速一般在0-3000 r/min，多为无级变速，施工时可根据

需要随时调整.

我公司自由研发的一种新型地面打磨机，它采用的是全钢焊接而成的，外型美观大方，

调整起来也非常的方便，为了能使施工人员提高工作效率以及工作的施工环境，混凝土

地坪抛光机的自身设有吸尘口，外面另外可接吸尘器。

地面抛光机使用时注意事项:

1.700型地坪抛光机在使用时请勿与其它的设备同时使用一个插线板或者是插座,防止电

路过载从而损坏其它设;

2.清洗抛光一体机抛光机在运行的过程中,一定不能在环氧地坪抛光机上面放置任何的

物体;

3.地坪研磨抛光机的所有配件,没有缺漏等现象;

4.水磨石地面抛光机根据您的需要来选择不同的磨盘,研磨的效果会受各种的因素影响,

如:地面的硬度,研磨机的重量转速、研磨时间以及使用的经验等等
