FIBA-Federation International de Bastketball即国际篮球联合会，是负责组织管理篮球运动比赛的开办及运营的国际性联合协会。
二.哪些产品可以申请国际篮联认证：
篮板支撑设、木质地板、人造地板、电子计分板和24秒设备、构建材料、电子系统
三.申请国际篮联FIBA认证的意义：
1.国际篮球比赛规范要求只有通过国际篮球联合会FIBA认可，取得FIBA认证的篮球运动设备器材和场地才可用于国际性篮球比赛。
2.通过FIBA认证的产品将可获得FIBA认可实验室产品性能测试报告以及FIBA认证证书。
3.通过FIBA认证的生产厂商信息以及产品信息将会列名到FIBA网站。
四.篮球架申请FIBA认证流程：
1.支付CHF1000，提交问卷及其资料
2.提供产品资料并确认报价单：预检、正式检测
3.产品检测报告
4.FIBA审核
5.申请人支付认证费用
