瓜子花生糖

　　这五个字，是三样好吃的。现在没几个人稀罕，但过去是宝，和新衣服、小鞭炮、橘子、苹果、大鱼大肉一样，是小孩儿对大年的真正盼头。
　　先说瓜子。我的童年，院子里除养着鸡鸭猪羊，每年春天还要种上几十棵葵花。不过，秋天打下瓜子，如果大人不放话，只能偷偷去凉房抓几颗生的解馋，想炒一碗，得家里来了重要客人，才能跟着沾光。但有些瓜子不受限制，是可以随便吃的，如西瓜子、大瓜子、葫芦子、南瓜子，只要晒干了，不用请示，啥时候都可以炒。后来还时行过吃哈密瓜瓜子儿。
　　虽然小的有点儿捏不住，但嗑出的也是仁儿啊。我家院儿里的葵花因为能吃上大粪、喝上洋井水，每年收成都不赖，总是满满儿一大铁筛子。这些瓜子腊月底用大铁锅炒熟，正月里来了拜年的，一盘一盘端上，大家除了说笑、喝茶，就是嗑瓜子儿。小孩儿有意思，先在嘴里含块儿，然后再一颗一颗嗑瓜子儿，啥都不误。我喜欢听很多人一起嗑瓜子儿。那声音，清脆响亮，快慢有度，此起彼伏，实在是音乐的节奏，也实在是过年不能少的一种能让人心情愉悦的好声音。
　　五十岁以上的呼市人都有过在电影院门口买一毛钱一杯瓜子儿的经历。卖瓜子儿的老乡蹲在地上，半口袋瓜子，一个小玻璃杯，一把毛票，就是整个买卖。后来老乡学精了，先是把广口杯换成了直筒杯，接着又把直筒杯换成了自制的薄纸壳杯，继而生出了多赚钱的鬼点子，就是把纸杯靠近底部那一节架空，表面看杯子很大，实际有三分之一是假象。有年冬天我爸从厂里弄回家两桶葵花籽，说是五七队用机器炒熟的。我那时咋也想不通机器为啥能把瓜子儿炒熟，感觉非常神秘。谜底直到后在东瓦窑货栈亲眼看见滚筒炒瓜子儿时才被揭开。两桶瓜子儿我们留了一桶，我和我姐用棍儿抬上给我二大爷送去一桶。那年春节，我们两家的瓜子儿和其它人家相比，应该是多的。
　　再说花生。前可不是家家都能吃上，除非你产地有亲戚或朋友。计划经济时期吗，花生还没被计划到呼市来，所以有钱也找不见卖的。我姥爷为了能吃到花生，曾异想天开地在内蒙医院北墙外自家院子里试种过，可秋天挖出来晒干一看，壳里的花生仁儿因为气候不适宜而欠长，小的比葵花仁儿大不了多少。后来就不种了。上世纪七十年代末吧，葵花子儿和壳花生终于被“计划”到了呼市，但不在市场上，在粮站。虽然只是针对于春的“增供”品，可也足够大人孩子满心欢喜了。那时花生米依然，过年请人来家吃饭要是桌上有油炸花生米，盘子肯定个空。上世纪八十年代初，我爸去山东还是哪儿出差，顺便买了一小麻袋花生米，大概是五十斤。当时坐火车不好拿，就走邮局，地址写的是乳品厂。结果，单位领导以为东西是业务单位贿赂我爸的，居然还偷偷摸摸派人去搞了外调。
　　后说糖。这东西我家也不缺。平常我爸经常到外地出差，每到一处，必买一斤当地糖果。但那时没其它零食，家里孩子又多，所以每次吃糖，都得我妈给分，怕我们自己分不公平吵架。过年的时候，自己吃，来了客人也往上端，就得多买。我妈有办法，五斤一包的北京杂拌儿糖捎回来，水果的、牛奶的、软的、酥的、带花生的， 每人总共能分到几十块儿，各保管各的，各吃各的;过小年儿要是买不上麻糖，我们就吃自己的牛奶糖，一样粘嘴啊。至于“老公家”剩的那份儿，是留着招待来拜年的人，谁也别惦记　　我有个同学，她们家生活其实挺好，但过年时装瓜子和糖的盘子却锁在柜里，来了客人端出来，客人走了再锁起来。有一回出去送客，在大门外多说了几句，结果一盘东西就被守在家里的几个孩子给“哄抢”了。
　　从前过年，我们总盼着两个上衣兜和两个裤兜都能装满瓜子花生糖，可现在的孩子，想装的，应该是新潮手机和各种面额的票子吧。
